A whole bunch of Kickstarted MMORPGs are launching or heading into their last legs of testing this month. A slew. A plethora. A lot!

  • Fractured Online rolled onward with an open beta test ahead of its September early access.
  • Temtem is making its final preparations to launch next week.
  • Genfanad got a September 27th launch date.
  • Embers Adrift enters open beta on September 16th.
  • And Dual Universe launches September 27th as well.
Meanwhile, Kickstarter’s new boss dodged questions about blockchain, Elite Dangerous discussed its console transfers, and Ashes of Creation teased maps and biomes in its monthly deep-dive.

Finally, if you’ve got your eye on the community-led tabletop RPG sourcebook for The Secret World, that’s expected to launch on Kickstarter with Funcom’s blessing and support this fall too. We’re rooting for this one!
